Canceling or Changing an Order

We know you appreciate quick shipping. When an order has been entered into our system we begin to process it immediately, therefore we cannot make changes or cancel orders.

Sales Tax

Most states require that online retailers collect and remit sales tax when shipping to that state.  Your order may be subject to sales taxes. We are required by law to charge this tax based on your specific state and local tax rates.

We Ship the Next Business Day!

We carry most items in inventory so we can ship your items without delay. Most purchases leave our Pennsylvania warehouse within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will ship out Monday morning. We have a small, dedicated team that works very hard, but occasionally, during very busy seasons or over a holiday weekend, there may be a slight delay of 1-2 days for shipping your order.

Some of our items are shipped directly from the supplier. These items may require longer shipping times. Please see the product description for approximate shipping times.

Large orders, or orders which include items shipped directly from our suppliers, will arrive in multiple boxes.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada and APO addresses are shipped the best way based on weight, package size, and location. See Shipping Charts

Free Shipping Promotions

Free Shipping coupon offers apply to Standard Shipping only and is valid only for orders shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Orders sent via Fed Ex Home Delivery, or to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories do not qualify for this promotion.

Canadian Customs & Duties

Canadian import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price, or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering. These charges are normally collected by the delivery freight (shipping) company and are the responsibility of the customer. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We work hard to bring you products that have the right mix of style and quality at comfortable prices that fit your budget. We’re proud of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return your purchase to us. We will gladly refund your unused purchase up to 30 days after the order date.

Returns Proceedure

  • Products must be returned in their Original Condition and must be Re-Packed in their inner packaging or plastic sleeve.
  • Please inspect your item to make sure curtains, bedding, and other fabric items are Clean and Unwashed.
  • All return items must be Unused and Free from things like Pet Hair and Odors such as from Perfume or Cigarette Smoke.
  • Include a copy of the Packing Slip and indicate why you are returning the item.
  • Repack your returns carefully to avoid damage in shipping.
  • Please ship your item in time for it to be received in our facility within 30 days.
  • You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your returned items.

No Refund will be given on items that are not able to be resold because they have been used or washed, contain pet hair or odors, or which have been damaged due to poor return packaging.

We make every effort to process your return in a timely manner. You can expect to see your return processed within 3 – 5 business days after we receive your returned merchandise. You will receive an email notifying you that the return has been processed. Orders placed with a credit card will receive a refund to your original credit card. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.  Orders placed via PayPal will receive a refund to your PayPal account. Orders placed with a gift certificate will be returned to the original gift certificate. Your refund amount may be adjusted if a coupon was applied to your original order.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

We do our best to make sure that your purchase arrives at your door in excellent condition! However, occasionally things happen. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or defective merchandise please take a photo and send an email to our customer service department at [email protected]. We will replace it immediately or issue a refund in full.

Pricing Errors

All pricing on our website and in the Piper Classics catalog are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate up-to-date information, occasionally one or more items on our website or in our catalog may be mispriced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, technical website error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Piper Classics shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Free Shipping Offers do not include products sent in oversized or particularly heavy boxes. These items may include, but are not limited to, cabinets, pottery, furniture, shelves, or large or heavy items – see product details. These items may be subject to additional shipping charges and special handling fees. Should shipping surcharges apply; Piper Classics’ customer service will contact the buyer prior to releasing the order for shipping. Piper Classics will discount a portion of the shipping charges for these orders (during the free shipping promotion) equal to our standard shipping charges for the order.
